1. Electrical safety

The laser uses a single-phase 220V/5A or 110V/10A power supply, and the maximum output current is not more than 3A.

The power supply connected to the laser must use a single-phase three-wire power socket that meets the national standard and is well grounded, with a specification of at least 5A.

There is high voltage in the memory when the laser is running. After the power is turned off, the high voltage devices may still carry residual voltage-open the case at will, there may be a high voltage electric shock hazard!

2. Safe handling

The laser is a large-scale equipment and is not suitable for users to patrol and move. The handle shell of the laser machine is equipped with a precise laser optical system. The shock-absorbing packaging provided by the original manufacturer must be used during the handling process, otherwise it may cause the laser system to be out of adjustment and affect the laser output energy!

After receiving the instrument, the customer needs to stand for 24 hours in an environment with an indoor temperature of 23-26°C before it can be used. If the operation is not performed according to the requirements, due to the customer's own reasons, the instrument is damaged, the company will only provide paid maintenance services. 4. Within 7 days since the instrument leaves the factory (15 days abroad), if the machine has quality problems (non-human and force majeure), our company will provide a free replacement service for the new machine. If the customer sends back according to our company's designated freight, our company will bear the two-way freight.
5. From 15 days to one year from the factory, if the machine has quality problems (non-human and force majeure), our company will provide free maintenance services and free replacement parts services. If the whole machine is not returned to the factory for repair, you can do it yourself under the guidance of our engineers Remove the accessories and return to the factory. After the accessories are repaired, we will guide the installation.
